Andrew Tinger is a vice president of originations at BizCap. He is responsible for developing and managing new business opportunities throughout the country, with a focus on the Southern California region, working with our capital markets and credit teams, partners and clients to structure and deploy commercial financing and restructuring solutions for mid-sized businesses.

Most recently, Andrew was an associate with StepStone Group where he worked in the firm’s New York and London offices, and managed mid-market private debt investments in U.S.-based and international companies, in addition to performing financial modeling, due diligence and credit monitoring on the firm’s portfolio and participating in business development activities.

Andrew is a graduate of University of San Diego where he earned a B.B.A. in Finance. His interests include golf, surfing, basketball and piano, in addition to environmental sustainability and artificial intelligence.
