Business Capital has secured a growth capital facility for Le Boulanger, Inc., a premier family-owned bakery and café operator, offering a wide variety of award-winning breads, pastries and gourmet coffees.
In addition to retail, the Company also operates successful wholesale and catering divisions. It has won numerous awards for a variety of products, including its original San Francisco sourdough.
Le Boulanger is a civic leader and employer in the community, selling at retail locations and catering throughout the Bay Area, and regularly guiding tourists and school groups through its large-scale baking and manufacturing facility. In addition, the Company bakes a broad variety of products for restaurants and food providers throughout Northern California, including colleges, airports, sports arenas, hotels, industrial foodservice caterers, delis and more.
