Chuck Doyle is the founder, president & CEO of BizCap. He has over 25 years of experience providing financing and advisory services for lower and middle market commercial and industrial companies, as well as restructuring bank, mezzanine, trade, supplier, venture and other types of debt.

Mr. Doyle has syndicated over $4 Billion of asset based debt, successfully secured multi-million dollar credit facilities, including complex mezzanine, cross border and debtor-in-possession financing transactions , and completed large out-of-court acquisitions of distressed companies and lucrative asset sales for business owners. He has executed out-of-court reorganizations for a multitude of companies and resolved secured and unsecured creditor claims both in the US and internationally. As such, he is frequently retained as an independent advisor to boards of directors of public and private companies involved in the recapitalization and restructuring process.

Prior to Business Capital, Mr. Doyle was the president of one of California’s 10 fastest growing privately held companies. He also worked in the real estate and technology sectors, heading up divisions of both public and start- up companies.

Chuck currently serves on the Board of Directors of Team Impact, a national non-profit improving the quality of life for children facing life-threatening illnesses through the power of team. A Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP), he is a member of the Board of Directors for the Northern California chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and  Serves as the president of the Northern California chapter of the Secured Finance Network (SFNet) formerly the Commercial Finance Association (CFA). Chuck is also a member of the Gridiron Leadership Council at his alma mater, The College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts, where he was recently inducted into the Holy Cross athletic Hall of Fame.  Chuck serves as a member emeritus of the Board of Directors for the Raphael House shelter in San Francisco. Active within the commercial finance industry, he has served as a speaker and moderator on a multitude of panels including for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), TMA, California Bankruptcy Forum (CBF), and SFNet.

Chuck is married  to his college sweetheart, with four children and resides in Sausalito and Olympic Valley, California.
