W.L. McManigal EA

From 1969 to 1984 Bill McManigal was a special agent and the Chief of Branch I, Criminal Investigation Division, Internal Revenue Service conducting investigations of income tax fraud both nationally and internationally. Bill is licensed as an Enrolled Agent by the Internal Revenue Service, to represent taxpayers before that agency and other tax agencies as well. Bill has more than 35 years experience dealing with major tax issues for individuals, partnerships and corporations, and represents these taxpayers in audits as well as general collection problems and specializes in offers in compromise.
Bill has ten plus years on the City Council of Concord California and served two terms as Concord’s mayor.
